SATMAP™

SATMAP™ is TRG Customer Solution’s proprietary technology that enables us to uniquely identify every caller and every CSR and route calls based on a neural-network based artificial intelligence engine. We individually match each caller to the best possible CSR for that caller. 

This intense focus on non-linear behavioral analytics results in unparalleled levels of customer satisfaction, revenue, and cost control.  Control of our SATMAP™ deployment is accessible to our clients over the web, and enables clients to immediately and empirically verify results by switching off SATMAP™ and watching the real time impact on performance.

We currently use in about 45% of our programs.  Typical implementations of SATMAP™ result in a 0.9 box improvement in satisfaction (out of 7), a 17% increase in revenues, and a 6% decrease in cost.  This is immediately and empirically verifiable by switching off SATMAP™ and watching the real time impact on performance.

SATMAP™ is completely proprietary to us; there is no directly comparable product in the contact center industry.
