trg tech participated in the 2nd HR Forum held at the College of EME, NUST, Rawalpindi Campus, on 1st December 2011. This conference served to provide counsel to students about the different ways of “Exceeding Employability Potential”. M. Faraj Jamil, Assistant Manager Human Resources, represented trg tech at this forum. Leading companies also attended this event and notable speakers from Engro Corp, Google, ICI Pakistan, Indus Motor, Telenor and Unilever addressed the audience.

Prominent speakers, including Badar Khushnood, Country Consultant at Google Pakistan, enlightened the audience with their innovative insights and industry experience. The forum’s focus areas ranged from the individual’s role in a corporate strategy to managing first impressions and the important role of mentors in enabling career progression. The discussion also stressed upon corporate learning and the key trends in this domain.

The 2nd HR Forum at NUST provided students with a great learning opportunity and helped equip them with the knowledge they need to succeed in the changing corporate world. trg tech frequently collaborates with NUST and hopes to be a part of other informative sessions in the future.
