trg tech organised a seminar at NED University on 12th December, 2011. The talk, titled Web Development Technologies and Practices, is part of a series of mentoring lectures which trg tech conducts at Universities across the country in order to create industry awareness among students who are at the threshold of entering the workforce.

The talk was attended by engineering students of the Computer and Information Systems Department currently in their final and penultimate years. The aim of the talk was to disseminate knowledge about the latest emerging trends in the global software industry, enabling students to make informed career decisions later on. The second part of the seminar focused on the different technologies and platforms used in Web Development, acquainting students with the key tools and concepts which are highly relevant in the professional field. Students were also encouraged to actively stay updated with current technologies in order to excel in their future careers as software engineers.
