trg tech in collaboration with MENSA Pakistan has started a nationwide hunt via select schools and colleges, looking for passionate young individuals who have extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills, are highly ambitious to excel and love taking on challenges. Our focus is on students between the age bracket of 17-19, with A-levels or FSc. qualifications and an IQ of 150+.

The top 10-15 applicants will be enrolled in a 3 year long full-time job at trg tech (remuneration of Rs.80,000/month) for our Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence team. These candidates will be provided intensive training in statistics, language, soft skills, personal development and career counselling. On contract maturity, trg tech will completely fund the candidate’s higher level/university expenses at any national/international university.

A total of 8 colleges, including Bahria College (Karsaz and MT Khan Road), PECHS Women’s College, Ayesha Bawany College, DHA Men’s College, DHA Women’s College, DJ Science College and Coast Guards’ College have collaborated with us till now. Students of 5 of these colleges have already been tested for this programme. We have been getting spectacular results and hope to spot more brilliant minds which can help us in revolutionising the Pakistan’s technology space.

Students showed a keen interest towards our company and joining trg tech through this programme. Our aim is to test students from all colleges in Karachi initially and then take this programme to different cities of Pakistan.
