trg tech participation at IBA Career Fair

Recognized as one of the leading employers in the industry, trg tech was invited to participate in the first ever IBA Career Fair, held at the IBA Main Campus on 6th March 2010. The event organized by the IBA Career Development Society, Alumni Society and HR Club provided students of graduating batches a chance to interact with companies and discuss potential career opportunities available.

trg tech participated with a keen focus to introduce the Analyst Strategy Programme to IBA undergraduate students. This unique programme has been carefully designed to cater to the growing requirement of strategy analysts in diverse business functions of trg’s multinational operations. The target audiences for this programme are fresh graduates from Pakistan’s top business schools, with an impeccable academic record and professional experience. The programme seeks to induct well-rounded individuals, smart problem solvers, capable of meeting challenges of the global BPO industry.

The customized interactive trg tech stall at the Career Fair generated hype around its distinctive branding theme of ‘playing mind games’. The stall received immense response from students, faculty members and professionals, with trg representatives providing career advice to potential candidates.  

Rahim Lalani, Head of trg tech, also attended the event and interacted with IBA students, giving insight into leadership and career development for the next-generation. Dr. Sayeed Ghani, Associate Dean, Faculty of Computer Science, and Dr. Mohammad Nishat, Associate Dean, Faculty of Business Administration, visited the tech stall and lauded trg’s commitment to support Pakistan’s finest young talent and groom them to become future leaders.
